A helicopter delivered food and supplies to flood victims in Malaysia.

The Pasukan Gerakan Udara (PGU) of the Royal Malaysia Police launched an aerial mission to deliver essential supplies to stranded locals in the remote areas of Bintulu and Tatau in Sarawak on January 31.

Dramatic footage shows authorities and grateful locals forming a human chain and receiving aid.

Led by Superintendent Awang Hasbullah and supported by three crew members, the team used an AW139 aircraft to reach communities cut off by rising waters.

The Royal Malaysia Police continues to lead flood relief efforts, with PGU officers committed to aiding those in need, including critical air rescue operations.
