The US Coast Guard seized more than 211 million USD worth of cocaine in the Pacific this month.

Footage shows the total haul being offloaded by officers at Port Everglades, Florida, on May 29.

The bales weighed 2,000st (12,700kg) and were captured during four separate operations by the vessel USCG Thetis in the Eastern Pacific Ocean.

The narcotics were reportedly being smuggled into relay points in the sea when authorities intercepted them.

Commander Ryan Kelley, the ship's captain, said: 'The more than 33,000 pounds of drugs seized by Thetis this patrol also represents the determination of a crew who continues to find a way to improvise, adapt, and overcome to keep an aging cutter in the fight and accomplish this mission.'
