Heavy rain has caused severe flooding at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) in Los Angeles, leading to dangerous conditions. Footage filmed by Alexandra Datig shows emergency vehicles navigating through deep floodwaters while a truck struggles but ultimately frees itself from thick mud and debris. A skip loader is seen working to clear the roadway as authorities attempt to restore access.

Additionally, two buildings on the north corner of Sunset and PCH have had their subterranean garages completely flooded. The high water levels make it unclear whether vehicles inside have been submerged. With more rain expected, officials are urging extreme caution in the area.
