This is the heartwarming moment a motorcycle rider rescued a stowaway kitten that fell from a car in Thailand.

The female driver was coasting along the highway when she saw the stray drop from the pickup truck in front of her in Bangkok, on October 6.

Footage shows the hapless gray tabby rolling across the pavement before trying to scramble up the kerb. However, it had injured its front paw and stumbled several times while trying to stand up.

The rider and another motorcycle driver approached to check on the wounded kitten.

The moggie was seen trying to wriggle out of the woman's hands, before calming down as she gently caressed it.

The Good Samaritan then placed the feline stowaway inside a plastic bag and drove to a local vet to have it checked.
