Road rage drivers wrestled on the ground amid anger over 'dangerous overtaking' in Thailand.

Footage shows two men in a fistfight in the middle of the road in Chonburi province on March 11, shortly after 8am local time.

Rescue worker Anan Boonmee, 39, said he suddenly moved his emergency vehicle into the right lane to avoid a six-wheeled truck and a motorcycle in the middle lane.

However, the container truck driver allegedly became enraged after Anan recklessly overtook and cut in front of him.

The truck driver honked his horn loudly and could be seen flashing his vehicle's lights.

Anan said the driver chased him until they reached an intersection. Both drivers exited their vehicles and confronted each other, escalating the heated argument into a physical altercation.
