A thrillseeker rode a zipline while dressed as a mermaid man at an adventure park in the Philippines.

Mark Dizon, an artist, freediver, and mermaid instructor, had a light pink and blue tail while cruising along the cable at Dahilayan Adventure Park in Bukidnon province on February 28.

Footage shows Mark sliding along the zip line in his ocean costume. He is cheered on by friends who also tried the attraction.

Mark did not appear scared of heights and enjoyed the adrenaline-inducing ride with his arms raised sidewards.

The visitor said: 'I love adventures and want to promote mermaid swimming. I always bring the tail and take photos and videos of it.

'Sometimes I challenge myself to do activities while wearing my tail like a zip line.'
