Authorities confirmed that the earthquake caused a high-rise collapse in Chatuchak, resulting in one death and 50 injuries in Bangkok.
The tremors highlighted the city's vulnerability to seismic events, with ongoing inspections to assess structural safety in affected areas. Emergency services are continuing their efforts to ensure public safety.
