US, Bakersfield: Bakersfield Tesla Driver Missing After Major Crash on Merle Haggard Drive
Bakersfield, United States - March 27, 2025 03/27/2025 11:47 pm (GMT-0700) BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Emergency responders from the Kern County Fire Department and the California Highway Patrol were dispatched early this morning to reports of a solo vehicle crash at the intersection of Merle Haggard Drive and Pine Meadow Drive in Oildale, near Bakersfield. Upon arrival, first responders discovered a Tesla with extensive damage that was beginning to catch fire. The driver was not at the scene, and an extensive search of the area did not locate them or determine the extent of their injuries. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
