Truck driver transforms lorry into ‘princess castle’ to celebrate daughter’s birthday
On April 19 in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, truck driver Mr. Liu and his wife, Ms. Zhao, transformed the 4.2-meter cargo bed of their truck into a “fairy tale castle” to celebrate their daughter’s 3rd birthday.
They decorated the space with balloons, ambient lights, a child’s bed, and other princess-themed elements to create a magical setting.
When their daughter, dressed in a princess costume, saw the truck doors open, she was stunned by the dreamy scene in front of her and broke into a joyful smile.
Ms. Zhao shared that the transformation took an entire day and cost about 500 yuan (around £55). She added that although their family is modest, in their eyes, their daughter is an irreplaceable princess, and they will do their best to give her the best they can.
