Russia: Putin dismisses Ground Forces Chief Salyukov
(FILE FOOTAGE) MOSCOW, RUSSIA - MAY 15, 2025: Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Thursday, May 15, dismissing Oleg Salyukov from his post as Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces, according to the official State Legal Information System. The decree, announces that Salyukov has been relieved of his military command and appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council.
