On August 22, 2024 a vehicular assault with injuries, assault and battery of an aggravated nature with a weapon, Leaving the scence of an accident, assault and battery of an aggravated nature (choking victim unconscious) and both suspects were called by North Charleston Police Department to return to the scence with no arrest being made due to officers obstruction and the tampering of evidence. The video provided was to be reviewed on 5/15/2025 with the victim, the Chief of Police and members of Internal Affairs. The victim wanted to review the video at a later date due the the suspension of the victims Attorney. The victim filed a FOIA request on 5/19/2025 and recieved the following video that shows the altering and tampering of evidence which was to be passed as the original on 5/15/2025 by allegedly the Chief of Police and the Internal Affairs Department. The Mayor has been notified and the Ombudsman cocerning this matter which the victim will be protesting at North Charleston City Hall on 5/27/2025 to insure that all individuals who are complicit in this matter either resign or be terminated including the newly appointed Chief of Police...
