An argument over air conditioner service spiraled into a violent brawl at an electronics showroom in Delhi’s Adarsh Nagar area, with disturbing visuals of the chaos

The incident occurred on May 28 at Vardhman Electronics in Majlis Park, where a man identified as Sonu—along with his sisters Sabana and Ulfat—allegedly stormed into the store and began misbehaving with the staff over a service-related dispute.

CCTV footage and video show a group of individuals, including women, vandalizing the showroom, assaulting employees, and creating a ruckus.

A female staff member, Nasreen Ansari, later filed a written complaint, accusing the attackers of physical assault and inappropriate contact during the scuffle.

Based on her complaint, an FIR has been registered under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), including sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 74, 79, and 3(5).

Delhi Police confirmed that two individuals have been taken into custody for assault as investigations continue.
