Builders repair palace roof while balancing on poles
Builders repaired the Cambodian Royal Palace's roof while balancing on poles.
Footage shows the construction workers stepping on scaffolding as they fixed the panels on top of the historic building in Phnom Penh on June 1.
A tourist said: 'Workers were on the roof of the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh.'
'They were just using scaffold poles laid out across the tiles, with no safety ropes or harnesses.'
