Women were seen on CCTV appearing to steal from a customer at a supermarket.
Footage shows the alleged gang of five female thieves crowding around a grandmother and working together to snatch her wallet from her bag in La Union province, the Philippines on August 12.
Three people appeared to flank her on the front and side to keep her still, while two others grabbed her belongings from her backpack.
The old woman's son-in-law Jodex Suyatan said that she was unaware that her purse was missing until she was about to check out at the counter.
Jodex said: ‘We already reported them to the police but we still haven't found them yet. The wallet had 8,500 PHP (122.58 GBP).'
