Phoenix, United States - June 14, 2025 06/14/2025 04:30 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Two Phoenix police officers and an adult female driver have been hospitalized following a head-on collision. The collision occurred on 35th Avenue just south of Bethany Home Road. According to preliminary information gathered at the scene, a sedan driven by an adult female crossed into oncoming lanes of traffic on 35th Avenue, striking a PPD Chevy Tahoe occupied by two male officers. Several officers and firefighters from the cities of Phoenix and Glendale responded to the scene. The officers were transported in unknown conditions. The adult female was transported alert, conscious and stable. A hard closure has been established for 35th Avenue, stretching approximately one block south of Bethany Home Road.
