Phoenix, United States - June 17, 2025 06/16/2025 09:25 pm GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix Fire Department crews and Phoenix police responded to a collision involving multiple vehicles near the intersection of 7th Street and Grovers. Upon arrival, police found that the incident included a motorcycle and that the motorcycle rider was trapped beneath one of the vehicles. Firefighters successfully extricated the man and transported him to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police established a hard closure on 7th Street, shutting down both northbound and southbound lanes. Officers were seen conducting a field sobriety test on a male, but it remains unclear whether any arrests were made. Additionally, it has not been confirmed if speed or impairment were factors in the collision.
