This is the terrifying moment missiles flying between Israel and Iran were spotted from Kuwait.

Dramatic footage captured by Pot shows airborne projectiles lighting up the dark sky as Filipino workers watched the scene unfold around 4 am on June 16.

One could be heard saying the objects were fighter jets, while another insisted they were from Iran.

He said: 'What could those be? There are so many.'

The sighting came amid escalating regional tensions following Israeli airstrikes on Iranian targets on Friday, June 13.

The Israeli military said that Iran had launched a counterattack involving more than 100 drones.

Among those reportedly killed were Hossein Salami, commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, a key branch of the nation's military, and several nuclear scientists.
