Palestinian activists reportedly attacked two British Royal Air Force planes at RAF Brize Norton.

The campaign group Palestine Action claimed that two of its demonstrators broke into the base and spray-painted military aircraft used for refuelling and transportation.

Footage shows the protesters vandalising the planes with red paint while riding electric scooters in Oxfordshire on Friday, June 20.

Palestine Action said in a statement: 'Despite publicly condemning the Israeli government, Britain continues to send military cargo, fly spy planes over Gaza and refuel U.S./Israeli fighter jets.

'Britain isn't just complicit, it's an active participant in the Gaza genocide and war crimes across the Middle East.'

Prime Minister Keir Starmer condemned the incident.

He said: 'The act of vandalism committed at RAF Brize Norton is disgraceful.

'Our Armed Forces represent the very best of Britain and put their lives on the line for us every day.

'It is our responsibility to support those who defend us.'

The incident comes amid escalating regional tensions between Israel and Iran since last week.
