A fast food waitress was seen feeding a disabled customer who struggled to eat on his own.

Footage shows the female staff member carefully scooping food and helping the diner, Richard, who appeared to have difficulty moving his hands in Caloocan, the Philippines.

She stood beside the table, patiently assisting Richard with his meal, giving him chicken and rice with a spoon.

The employee was attentive of his needs and gave him tissue paper when he wanted to wipe his mouth.

The kind worker's colleague Yuri Pascual said: ‘Sir Richard is our loyal customer at Jollibee in Bagong Silang.

'Every morning, he calls on the crew to order his meal, often paying with coins and even damp bills that he earns from begging.'

Yuri added that they normally help the sick diner but did not expect many would be touched by the crew member's kind gesture.

He said: ‘One day, while I was on duty and it was not too busy, I happened to have my phone with me. I thought, what if I record my co-worker while she feeds Sir Richard.

‘I was really surprised by the outpouring of emotions from people. Once again, thank you so much, Sir Richard, so many people love you.'

The random act of kindness happened at a beloved Filipino fast food chain Jollibee selling chicken, burger, and rice meals.
