In Cixi, a county-level city in Zhejiang, some low-lying residential areas have experienced severe waterlogging, with the deepest point exceeding 30 centimeters. Local disaster relief authorities have urgently deployed three water pumps to conduct continuous drainage operations. According to the Central Meteorological Observatory of China, the storm is moving west-northwest at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour and is expected to enter east China's Anhui Province on Thursday night.
