Rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the catastrophic collapse, with emergency crews working around the clock to search for survivors and clear debris. Preliminary reports had initially indicated five fatalities and 112 injuries, but the toll has since risen. More than 360 emergency personnel and 90 specialized vehicles have been deployed to the scene. Rescue teams are conducting manual debris removal alongside heavy machinery operations, while canine units carefully search for survivors in unstable structures. "Every cubic meter is being examined with utmost care," an EMERCOM spokesperson said during an early morning briefing, vowing to continue operations until the entire site is cleared.
