This is the heartwarming moment a motorcycle rider fed a stray dog and cat during a rainstorm.

Noren Guevarra spotted the brown Aspin pooch sitting on top of a wall, prompting her to share cat food with the canine in Bulacan, the Philippines.

The kindhearted woman decided to take a can of wet food from her vehicle's compartment and feed the visibly weakened dog on July 23.

Moments later, on her way home, she saw the tabby feline in front of a house, which led her to give it some of the remaining food.

Footage shows Noren placing the snack on the ground as the malnourished moggy eats it.

After pouring all the food in front of the animal, she proceeded to pet it while it munched the meal.

Noren said: 'I was about to get my motorcycle when I saw a stray dog sitting on the wall in the rain. I couldn't buy him anything because I hadn't received my salary at the time, so I remembered I had some cat food in my compartment and gave it to him. On my way home, I saw a stray cat too and gave him my cat's food as well.'
