US, Phoenix: Aguila Fatal US-60 Vehicle vs Pedestrian Collision

Phoenix, United States - August 21, 2025 08/20/2025 11:50 pm GMT-0700 AGUILA, Ariz. – Arizona Department of Public Safety troopers (AZDPS) and Aguila Fire Department crews responded to reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on the US-60 near mile marker 84, just west of Wickenburg. According to the DPS sergeant at the scene, an adult male pedestrian was walking in the travel lanes on the US-60 when he was struck by an eastbound Ford F350 pickup truck. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene by Aguila Fire personnel. The driver of the pickup remained at the scene and cooperated with troopers during the course of their investigation. Impairment is not believed to be a contributing factor in the collision.
