The incident occurred in a park situated within a residential area. Responders found a male victim suffering from several gunshot wounds to the upper and lower body. Officers provided immediate care until fire crews arrived. Witnesses reported seeing two male suspects flee the scene, one wearing a white hoodie and the other a black hoodie. Detectives recovered shell casings in the park near the intersection of 9th Street and Orange Avenue. Authorities noted that this type of violence has become increasingly common in the area, and police are continuing to monitor frequent incidents. The investigation is ongoing.
