Schoolgirl takes on wake park with impressive ease
This is the impressive moment a skilled schoolgirl took on a wake park with impressive ease.
Footage shows a trainer carefully assisting Opal as she is launched from the platform into the water at ESC Thai Wake Park in Pathum Thani, Thailand.
The four-year-old girl, wearing a cute cat-head helmet, a pastel blue life vest, and a pink floral suit, glided steadily across the water, gripping the cable handle with confidence as it pulled her forward.
Opal then balanced herself without her coach nearby before letting go of the rope, completing her ride.
She stood still as she was slowly sunk into the water, looking toward her mother and trainer on June 22.
Mum Risa Vorakun said: ‘Opal has been studying for more than 3 months, riding the Kicker for the first time.
'She started coming with us to the wake park a few months ago. We started kneeboarding by holding onto the coach's legs and riding around the lake.
‘When the coach saw she had potential, they recently gave her proper lessons to ride on her own two months ago.'
Risa said Opal only had five sessions before she was promoted to ride on the main lake.
The proud mother said: ‘The coach told us she is a fast learner. She improved her skills quickly. She's the youngest at the park.'
