A clever cocker spaniel mastered a classic fairground game by learning to catch toy ducks in a net in just TWO MINUTES.

Dog trainer Emily Anderson’s pet pooch Leo has already learned CPR and hopscotch but turned his skills to a new trick in Aberdeen at the end of August.

Amazing footage captured the five-year-old dog holding on to a small net with his teeth before dipping it into a tub of water.

Leo then carefully lifted the plastic ducks out of the water three times, eventually collecting 10 of the toys.

Emily, 33, said: “I was so pleased that Leo was able to learn this trick in just two minutes.

“Most of the skills he needed to hold the net and bring the ducks out had already been learned over the years.

“He only needed one unsuccessful attempt before managing to get the ducks out on his second try.

“Leo was so happy with himself. He’s always most pleased when he’s learning new skills like this.”
