A Thai influencer was left with deep scratches on her face after she was allegedly attacked by a Chinese tourist over a bathroom queue in Australia.

Parnrada, who goes by the nickname Babbie Rabbie, 30, knocked on the door while Zhang Yuting, 21, was in the toilet of Korean restaurant Milliore in Sydney.

The disturbance was said to have angered the younger woman, who then emerged and allegedly cursed at her in Mandarin. A row erupted between the pair as staff instructed them both to leave the venue on September 13.

However, while Parnrada was talking to Zhang's friends, Zhang reportedly swiped at her face, sparking a physical altercation.

CCTV footage shows both women exchanging blows in front of shocked diners before a furious Parnrada pulled Zhang to the ground by her hair. Zhang's friends intervened and yanked her off, pinning her to the floor.

Parnrada, from Bangkok, said she and her friends took an Uber taxi ride to the police station to lodge a report. Zhang was detained but released on bail.

Recounting the incident today, Parnrada said: 'That day I went to an event with an influencer friend. I was wearing an orange outfit. I'm about to open an eyelash extension studio, which is being renovated in the same building above that restaurant. So the plan was to grab some food, pick up a few things, and then head our separate ways.

'At around 2:25 am, there were two women in the restroom talking about how someone had been inside for a long time. They wondered if she had fainted and asked if anyone had knocked. So I went to knock on the door. Someone responded from inside, so I knew she was okay and went back to wait in line.

'A little while later, a Chinese woman came out and aggressively asked who had knocked. I was scared, so I said it wasn't me. She then started swearing at me in Chinese, so I replied back, ‘b****.'

'Right now, the Chinese woman has been legally banned from coming near me. It's still unclear what kind of accountability she will face. That will depend on the legal process.

'Finally, I want to say this: no matter what country you're in, violence is never acceptable. If there's a problem, talk it through respectfully. After this incident, I've been left with both physical and emotional scars. At night I still feel panicked. I have been depressed since this happened. It has really traumatised me.

‘If any Thai person abroad faces problems, please remember the consulate is always ready to help.'

The glamorous content creator, who advertises various products and restaurants on her Instagram page, said the alleged attack left her with both mental and physical trauma.

She added: 'I haven't been able to sleep, I've been crying a lot and having panic attacks since the fight. I haven't been able to work because, as a model and influencer, you need to use your face for content.'

Zhang was reportedly arrested by New South Wales Police at an apartment along Liverpool Street on September 17. She was charged with assault causing bodily harm and was denied bail.

Zhang was set to appear before the Downing Centre District Court on October 22.
