Gaza - September 25, 2025 In recent weeks, Etzioni Combat Team (6) forces operated in Rafah, where they eliminated dozens of militants and destroyed numerous underground and above-ground infrastructures. Following the completion of operations in Rafah, the forces immediately continued into Khan Younis, targeting and destroying observation equipment and multiple infrastructures, as well as eliminating dozens of Hamas militants. The Etzioni Brigade Combat Team has taken control of the southern Khan Younis area to preserve the IDF’s operational achievements and deepen control along the Oz Shield axis. The IDF Southern Command stated that operations in the Gaza Strip will continue to neutralize threats and protect the security of Israeli civilians.
