A video circulating on social media captured the moment a car dragged a motorcycle for several meters on Avenida Radial Leste, in the Tatuapé area, East Zone of São Paulo. The incident took place on a Friday afternoon.

In the footage, a group of motorcyclists follows the driver, shouting for him to stop the vehicle. Under pressure, the driver pulls over to the side of the road and is confronted by delivery riders asking if he’s “lost his mind.”

The person who recorded the video clarified that it was not a robbery, as some online users speculated. According to their account, the motorcyclist involved was trying to make the driver stop and assist another rider who had been knocked down by the car moments earlier.

During the confusion, several riders approached, allegedly scaring the driver. At that point, he accelerated and ended up dragging the motorcycle, which got stuck on the side of the vehicle. The driver reportedly paid for the damages to the bike but left the scene quickly before the other motorcyclist involved arrived.
