Three Armed Men Rob Mumbai Jewellery Store in Broad Daylight, Attack Owner With Knife

Three armed men carried out a daring daylight robbery at Darshan Jewellers in Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai, on Wednesday morning. The suspects, wielding a knife and a gun, stormed into the store around 10:30 a.m. and looted gold ornaments worth nearly ₹3 lakh.
When the shop owner tried to intervene, the robbers attacked him with a knife, leaving him injured before fleeing the scene. Locals quickly rushed the victim to a nearby hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment.
Police teams reached the spot soon after the incident and launched an investigation. Six special teams have been formed to trace the culprits. A case has been registered under FIR No. 1153/2025 with relevant sections of the IPC and the Arms Act.
