This footage reportedly shows a Russian BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket system firing at a Ukrainian position in a forest belt near Pokrovsk.

The video was released by the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) on November 11.

Authorities said a Grad unit from the 268th self-propelled artillery regiment of the 27th Guards Motorised Rifle Division destroyed a Ukrainian Armed Forces stronghold, providing support to 'advancing assault groups'.

After receiving reconnaissance data, the artillery crew reportedly deployed the combat vehicle and fired 'a salvo of 122mm high-explosive fragmentation rockets' at Ukrainian targets located in a forest.

The strike reportedly allowed assault units to continue their advance by destroying key Ukrainian firing points.

Officials added that the personnel of the rocket battery are continuing to carry out combat missions as part of efforts to 'liberate Donbas'.

Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, in what the Kremlin is still calling a 'special military operation'.
