Woman’s leg gets stuck in roadside drain gap in West Java, Indonesia
On November 14, 2025 in West Java, Indonesia, @mamah.68 shared a video of a funny yet alarming road mishap at Kampung Sawah's Fast Road. In the video, 42-year-old Neneng Nuraini walks with 47-year-old Saripah while carrying freshly picked spinach and water spinach bought from nearby farmers. As Neneng turns around to show the vegetables she is holding, her left foot slips into a large gap in the drainage cover beside the road. Her leg drops through the opening up to her thigh, leaving her stuck and unable to pull herself out because it is tightly wedged. A security guard arrives to assist and eventually uses a hammer to break part of the concrete edge, freeing her trapped leg.
