Truck carrying liquid paraffin catches fire, setting road alight in China

At 1:41 pm on December 1, in Guangzhou, Guangdong, a truck carrying 2400 litres of liquid paraffin suddenly caught fire.

The liquid paraffin formed a flowing fire, and the fire quickly spread to the street, igniting a row of electric vehicles parked nearby.

The scene was described as a 'fire dragon' burning along the street, with thick smoke billowing and explosions heard.

After receiving the report, the Guangzhou Fire Brigade Command Center quickly dispatched firefighters to the scene.

After efforts, the open fire was extinguished at 1:54 pm, with no casualties or people trapped.

Currently, the cause of the fire is still under investigation, and specific losses are being tallied.
