Los Angeles, United States - December 31, 2025 12/31/2025 02:40 pm GMT-0800 LAKE VIEW TERRACE, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles police officers and the fire department personnel responded to a reported crash on the 12200 block of Van Nuys Boulevard. Crews arrived to find a Metro bus that had lost control and crashed through a power pole, a tree, and a fence. It is unclear whether any passengers were on board or if the driver was injured. The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power was on-site, working on the compromised power pole and lines. The area was closed while crews cleaned up the wreckage. The cause of the crash is currently unknown, and LAPD Valley Traffic is handling the incident.
