US, Los Angeles: East Los Angeles Shooting Leaves 1 Injured And Gas Line Ruptured
Los Angeles, United States - September 09, 2025 09/08/2025 11:00 pm GMT-0700 EAST LOS ANGELES, Calif. – East Los Angeles Sheriff's deputies and the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of City Terrace Drive and Bonnie Beach Place. Upon arrival, deputies found evidence of a shooting, including a gas line that a stray bullet had struck. The victim was reportedly transported to a nearby hospital by a private vehicle; his condition is unknown. Firefighters worked to mitigate the gas leak caused by the shooting. In the course of their investigation, deputies conducted a search of a barber shop located on the 3900 block of City Terrace Drive, where it appeared the door had been damaged by gunfire. During the search, deputies detained one male inside the barber shop. It remains unclear how, or if, this individual is connected to the shooting incident.
