Baby looks like Monchhichi when she wakes up with spiky hair
This is the adorable moment a baby was seen looking just like a Monchhichi when she woke up with spiky hair.
Little Emma had her hair standing upright, resembling the signature hairstyle of the popular Japanese monkey-like plush toy.
Footage, captured by her mother, Kannicha Kumagai, shows the three-month-old baby being held by her father on January 24 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Emma, wearing two small bow clips in her hair, can be seen staring at her mum while sitting calmly on her dad's lap.
Monchhichi is a famous toy from Japan created by the Sekiguchi Corporation in 1974, known for its soft fur, plastic face, and signature thumb-sucking feature.
Experts said that a baby's hair strands are often very fine. Because individual strands are so thin and lightweight, they lack the weight for gravity to pull them down, causing them to stand straight up from the follicle.
