邵阳：小学生捡钱手卡井盖 新宁消防妙招巧救援
6月23日上午7点26分，湖南省邵阳市新宁消防中队接到报警称，水头小学一名学生卡下水道井盖，无法脱离。中队接到报警后立即出动一台抢险救援车7名消防官兵赶赴现场。
消防车在大雨中奔袭，7点40分到达现场发现一名七岁左右的小男孩打着伞蹲在下水道上，整个左手掌被下水道井盖紧紧卡住无法动弹，并出现肿胀现象。为尽快将小男孩的手从井盖缝中安全解救出来，带队干部徐彪在对井盖结构进行了解后，下达指令：先将下水道井盖撬开转移到室内，一组队员一边对小孩做好安全防护防止发生二次伤害，一边语言安慰鼓励。另一组队员利用液压破拆工具对井盖缝进行扩张。
经过消防队员近5分钟的紧张救援，小孩的左手终于摆脱束缚。
