Neighbour rescues toddler dangling from balcony
A dramatic video has emerged from China of a man saving a toddler hanging from a third floor balcony.
In the footage, captured in Shandong Province on Sunday, the 52-year-old resident on the second floor can be seen kicking the security fence and climbing out of the window to push the boy who is dangling from the railings back to safety.
According to news reports, the the three-year-old boy was rescued without injuries.
