Brave fisherman saves driver after car plummets into river in China
A brave fisherman saved a driver after a car plummeted into a river in northern China.
The video was filmed in Fushun City in Liaoning Province on November 15.
An elderly fisherman dived into a river to save a driver as a car got trapped in the water.
Mr Wang, a witness, reported that he was driving along the riverbank when he noticed the damaged barrier and saw the car in the river. As he rushed to the scene, he found the fisherman already in the water, making a heroic effort to reach the woman.
Wang, along with two officers from the local police station, used a rope to pull the elderly man and the driver both to safety.
Thankfully, the woman was rescued without any serious injuries.
