This is the touching moment a woman is reunited with her wedding dress that went missing in a cleaner mix-up 32 years ago.

The footage, captured at a home in Willowick, shows Michelle Havrilla getting emotional as she finds her old wedding gown inside a gift box.

''Where did you find this? How did you find this? This is it! With my headpiece too!'' she says.

Michelle got married in 1985 and sent her dress off to be cleaned and sealed to preserve.

In 2013 she opened the box where he had kept the dress for many years and found out she had given the wrong one.

"When she opened the box for the first time in 2013 after our basement flooded, she discovered the box she was given wasn’t her dress. She was heartbroken," writes Michelle's son.

But her dress wasn't lost.

A woman also of Willowick shared an image of Michelle's wedding dress on social media. That is how Michelle's children found their mother's dress.

Michelle's children then managed to retrieve the dress and surprised their mother with it.

My parents got married in 1985. Afterwards, my mom had her dress preserved at the local dry cleaner.
