Teenager's pet dog helps him do sit-ups in workout routine
This is the adorable moment an 18-year-old's loyal dog doubles up as his gym buddy - putting his paws on his legs to help him to do sit-ups.
Christian Villa, 18, was desperate for a six-pack and recruited his one-year-old puppy named Steele to sit with him in Pasay City, Philippines.
The half-beagle half-labrador mixed breed was filmed with a look of intense concentration on his face, as he watched Christian go through part of his workout routine.
Steele has his paws on Christian's feet, holding him down as he goes up and down with his six-pack enhancing stomach crunches last Friday (September 21).
Christian said: ''He is the best workout buddy! The way he looks at me really motivates me.
''Steele is my best friend. There's nobody else I would rather have with me. I make sure I give him a treat for all his hard work, too.''
