JUSTICE FOR QUHEY SAUNDERS
Quhey Saunders was murdered in broad daylight in a petrol station on the M25 in England in June 2017 where over 30 witnesses were present. Six witnesses were called to testify and the others were sent text messages by the CPS that their evidence was not needed in the trial. There was numerous CCTV cameras working that day, but a small few down. Out of the numerous CCTV cameras that were working only four were chosen for the actual trial to show different angles of what took place that day, the rest were never shown to the Jury involved in this case, also evidence was withheld from the Jury some of which they asked the Judge for themselves which he denied them access to.

One man who witnessed a lot of what happened in an area which was NOT covered with CCTV was not called to give his evidence after been told from day one he was the No1 Witness in this trial and all because his evidence did not match the “ Selective CCTV “ the CPS chose to present the courts with. The pathology report matches up with this mans testimony which again he was not allowed to give.

The two men accused of Quhey’s murder walked free having been found “ Not Guilty “ as a direct result of the prosecution in this case withholding evidence. The two accused had weapons and Quhey had no weapon, one of which was never recovered by the Police and was never produced to the Police either by the accused who held it in his hand, that being a spade. The only weapon recovered was a Builders Whisk which fell from the van as the accused fled the scene.
