Snake was rescued from electric box in Sagar district in Madhya Pradesh India on 03 March.
At 122 KB electric sub station in Makrunia, at around 12 in the afternoon, an employee of the sub-station had seen a snake hanging from the empty hole of the cable in the electric panel box. At the sight of the snake, the employee's hands and feet were blown away. He immediately informed his fellow employees and officials about this. From noon to late evening, he continued to wait for the snake to come down from the box. When snake jams were hanging, Snake rescue Mr Aakil Baba was called to rescue the snake. Snake rescuer tried to take out but failed attempts,
Aakil Baba reached 132 sub stations at around 7:30 pm and handled snakes hanging out. Aakil Baba caught the snake's face and opened the box to the staff, the side of the tail of about 4 feet was inside the box. There were curtains of wire inside the box. Some employees of the power company advised to kill the snake, but snake rescuer strictly refused and asked to stop the power of the first panel. After discussions with the officials on the request of Aakil, the supply of power was stopped.
Then he called a electric grinder man & by cutting the box the Snake was rescued & latter realise in the forest.
It took two hours to rescue the Rat snake & in India it's called Ghoda pachad.
Today in India people are celebrating Mahashivratri Festival which is connected to Lord Shiva & the snake are aspicious when seen in this days.
