According to eyewitnesses, when the door was opened, an unpleasant smell hit the nose, the apartment was littered with garbage. among which they found a frightened child. In appearance the girl is 5 years old. She doesn't talk. Dirty and hungry, afraid of everything. There were no adults in the apartment, as well as no food or water for the child. The girl was taken to the intensive care unit of the hospital. Her mother was detained by police. The investigating authorities opened a criminal case against her.
