The poor man named Xu had his left shoulder blade broken and multiple fractures in his lower face apart from his teeth, according to traffic police. The medication fee reached ¥90,000(≈$13,400). Police confirmed that the forklift driver took the major liability while the scooter driver took the secondary as he tried overtook in the reverse road.
The forklift driver told the police that they usually load timber within the factory. He risked loading timber on road because there were too much traffic that day and he can’t wait longer till the timber car arrived at the factory.
