The 'All Hands' (hands.org) assessment team drove through the city at the weekend after Typhoon Hagupit had hit throughout the night, leaving damage and destruction on its wake.

On Saturday Typhoon Hagupit, known locally as Ruby, made landfall on the eastern coast of the Samar province with maximum sustained winds of 175kph and gusts of up to 210kph.
