Motorcyclist rescued after skidding into sea in Indonesia
A moped rider had to be rescued from the water after losing control and riding into the sea.
The woman was travelling along the side of the port of Larea-Rea, North Sinjai District, South Sulawesi, Indonesia on May 10 afternoon.
But she clipped another ride and crashed off the edge of the pathway. Luckily, passers-by fished her and her bike from the ocean.
Onlooker Zakkir Rafzanjani said: "She fell with the motorcycle when she accidentally knocked a bike being ridden by her friend. Luckily, there were a lot of people in the area so she was given help immediately. Some of the people were fishing when it happened and quickly went to save her.''
