The Government of Sawahlunto City, West Sumatra, conducted a swab test on all its citizens. This is done to answer the worry, because until now there has not been found a single citizen who was positive infected with the deadly virus.
 
Sawahlunto City has become one of the areas in West Sumatra Province which has not yet found a positive case of co-19.
 
Instead of being happy, this phenomenon actually made the local city government worry, in case of an explosion of cases.
 
To anticipate this, the city government chose to conduct a swab test for all its citizens. The test is carried out in stages over four days.
 
In addition to anticipating unwanted things, Sawahlunto is also prepared as a regional pilot project that can make peace with Covid.
 
Sawahlunto Mayor, Deri Asta Said:
"We swab from today. As many as 1600 of our citizens. Sawahlunto will become a national pilot project, an area that is about to be able to make peace with Covid ... there are 1,600 people who will be tested ".
 
The swab test is carried out because it is believed to be far more accurate than the rapid test. A Rapid Test was conducted on several residents, but the results were also negative.

If the results of the swab test remain all negative, then the community can be free to move normally again.
