Flash floods swept parked vehicles down a hill into the Wu River after a rainstorm in southwestern China.

The dramatic video, shot on San Xia Avenue in Yanhe Tujia Autonomous County in Guizhou province on June 22, shows vehicles parked on the roadside being washed down a hill before dropping into the Wu River.

In another clip, several cars became stranded in the water and firefighters can be seen using an inflatable boat to rescue people trapped in the flooded houses.

Four people are missing and two were killed. The crops and public facilities were seriously damaged.

More than 1000 rescuers including, firefighters, police officers and soldiers were called into action.

22日清晨6时许，贵州沿河县突降大暴雨，县城部分路段出现急流，路边部分护栏被冲毁，车辆像船只一样，随着急流漂在水面，有的甚至被冲下路坎。当地立即组织有关部门开展抢险救援工作，目前各项救援工作正在紧张有序进行中。
据贵州沿河土家族自治县委宣传部微信公众号消息，6月22日6时30分许，沿河自治县普降大到暴雨，共出现大暴雨24站，暴雨19站。截止15时30分，官舟镇降雨量达到176.8毫米、县城区165.7毫米。暴雨造成该县4人失联，2人遇难，全县农作物和基础设施受损严重。
消防官兵、公安干警、人武部官兵以及各级干部群众等1000余人投入抢险救援中。

据初步统计，截至目前，暴雨造成农作物受灾751公顷，成灾647公顷，绝收95.5公顷。此次灾害造成直接经济损失达1493万元，其中：农业损失925万元，基础设施568万元。
