Car washed into bridge as heavy rain transforms street into river in southern China
A car was washed into a bridge as flash floods transformed a road into a river in southern China.
Video filmed in the city of Neijiang in Sichuan Province on May 9 shows a blue car being swept away by the floodwater.
Fortunately, no one was in the car.
The local meteorological observatory changed the orange warning signal (the second strongest level) for the rainstorm to a red warning signal (the strongest level) at 4:35 pm on May 9.
